First One Bistro 佛斯特旺餐酒館隱身於台北南西商圈巷弄，距離捷運中山站 1 號出口步行僅需 1 分鐘，以其便利的位置與高品質的餐點，成為許多饕客口耳相傳的中山站義式餐廳及中山站美食首選。
自 2018 年 12 月成立以來，我們專注於義式料理的核心精神，並融合多元西式風格。從人氣居高不下的「西班牙香蒜油蝦」、濃郁鮮香的「黃金烏魚子鮮蝦義大利麵」，到讓甜點控一試難忘的經典「瑞可塔起司捲 Cannoli」，每一道料理，都是我們對味蕾的堅持。
我們致力打造輕鬆愜意卻不失質感的餐酒體驗，佐以精釀啤酒與嚴選紅酒。無論是下班後的小酌放鬆、甜蜜的情侶約會，或是熱鬧的朋友聚餐，First One Bistro 期待成為您在中山站周邊最理想的用餐選擇。
經營多年，我們目前僅此一間，別無分號。這份堅持，來自於對服務細節與空間氛圍的重視。而我們最大的動力，莫過於看著大家在店裡開心舉杯、把盤子裡的美味吃光光！您們的每一句「好吃」、每一個滿足的微笑，都是我們最珍視的寶藏。
