All Japanese Wagyu is freshly sliced to order, featuring cuts available on the day.

On the 29th of each month, “Meat Day”, à la carte Wagyu portions are increased by 20%.




HATSU燒肉主要提供飛驒牛等日本各產地和牛,不僅可以享用到不同地區的和牛,還能品嚐到不同部位的美味,例如菲力、肋眼、紐約客,也有來自澳洲和牛的牛舌、橫隔膜及牛胃等內臟,皆為冷藏濕式熟成,肉品旨由專人手工現點現切及全程代烤。

並且備有多種葡萄酒及日本酒可供搭配,一口燒肉一口酒,令彼此的香氣更加凸出。舒適獨立的座位,環境設有強力的抽油煙機,不用擔心沾染油煙氣味,讓你享用美味舒適輕鬆,是聚餐約會的必然選擇。



HATSU showcases premium Wagyu from Japan’s finest regions, including Hida Beef, offering a range of cuts such as filet, ribeye, and sirloin.

Selections also include Australian Wagyu offal—tongue, harami (outside skirt), and tripe—all chilled and wet-aged for optimal flavor.

Each cut is hand-prepared and charcoal-grilled by our staff to ensure a flawless dining experience.

Fine wines and Japanese sake are thoughtfully paired to complement each grilled bite.

Private seating and powerful ventilation provide a refined, smoke-free atmosphere for gatherings or intimate dining.

▪ 店內禁止吸菸,如有需求請於店外吸菸並將煙蒂丟入門外菸灰缸
▪ 若不勝酒力嘔吐,造成環境污損需收取1000元清潔費,若損毀設備則需照價賠償
▪ 如遇用餐尖峰時間,請於現場稍等候位,服務人員依現場狀況安排帶位。

▪ Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.
▪ A cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged in case of vomiting due to intoxication; any damaged equipment must be compensated at cost.
▪ During peak dining hours, please be prepared to wait briefly while our staff arrange seating.
