Welcome to the **Sakanakun Main Store** online reservation system.
All ingredients are prepared based on the number of guests. Online reservations require a deposit of NT$400 per person via credit card authorization (pre-authorization only, no immediate charge). For changes or cancellations, please notify us at least one day before the reservation date to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

🍴**Reservation Guidelines**
1. After completing your online reservation, a confirmation SMS or email will be sent. Please complete the credit card authorization (NT$400 per person) within 24 hours. Unverified reservations will be automatically canceled.

2. We hold seats for 10 minutes. Dining time is 90 minutes. Late arrival may shorten your dining time, and extensions cannot be provided.
3. **Same-day reservations are only accepted via phone or Facebook/Instagram messages.**
4. To change your reservation time, number of guests, or notify us of a delay, please **call the restaurant directly at (02) 2772-8959**.
5. Cancellation Policy :
• Changes or cancellations made before the day of reservation are free of charge
• Same-day cancellations will result in full deposit charge
• No Shows will be charged automatically and may affect future reservation privileges
6. Online availability is limited. For other times or group sizes, feel free to contact us.
7. **Minimum charge is NT\$400 per person** (10% service charge not included).
8. If bringing your own alcohol, a corkage fee of **NT\$300 per bottle** will be charged.
9. For baby chairs or children's utensils, please note your request in the remarks section.
🐾**Pet-Friendly Policy**
* Pets must be on a leash, held, placed under the table, or in a carrier/stroller.
* Please ensure pets do not disturb other guests (staff may make adjustments if necessary).
* Pets are not allowed on chairs or tables.
* Carriers must be placed on the floor.
* Do not use the restaurant’s tableware to feed pets or give them water.
* If your pet has an accident, please clean it up. A **NT\$500 cleaning fee** will be charged if staff must handle it.
