**FirePlay Taipei, a wood-fire-powered restaurant, works intuitively with fire, charcoal, and seasonal ingredients.**

**Menu Pricing **
● Tasting Menu
• Menu Blaze : NT$3,800 (8 courses)
• Menu Ignite : NT$2,680 (5 courses)

● Wine Pairing
• NT$2,400 / NT$2,000 (6 glasses)
• NT$1,600 / NT$1,200 (4glasses）

● Non-alcohol Pairing:
• NT$1,600 (6 glasses)
• NT$1,000 (4 glasses)

● Water: NT$100 / per person
*Subject to service charge 10%

**Corkage **
● Sparkling Wine, Champagne, Red Wine, White wine and Japanese Wine
NT$1000 (within 750ml)
●Spirits, Liquor and Plum Wine (Umeshu) :
NT$1,200(within 750ml)
**If the capacity of a single bottle exceeds 750ml or the number of bottles is more than one, it will be calculated on a proportional basis.

**Business Hours**
● From Friday to Monday , 18:00-22:30.

**Reservation**

● Dinner will be served over at our long dining counters and a fully open kitchen.
● Each reservation shall order the **same** menu.
● Online reservation is available for the next 30 days' reservation.
● We only accept bookings online in advance and host in diners by **1 to 6** covers；if you have other requests, please email us by

● The total dining hours are about **2.5-3 hours** based on your reservation timing; please kindly be on time.
● Due to the nature of the kitchen operation, we DO NOT cater to vegetarians, NOR can we accommodate guests who have food allergies, diet restrictions/ preferences, including gluten-free, dairy intolerance, and pescatarian.
● To provide you with a proper dining experience, seats will be arranged by the service team on-site when making the reservations but can not be pre-selected.

**Change and Cancellation**

Please kindly inform us thru our Facebook Messenger or email if you wish to change your reservation date, 5 days before your actual dinning date.
Any Changes for reservation dates, **within 5 days** before the actual dining date, there will be a charge of NT$3,800 per guest.

●If the final attendance of guests is less than initially reserved, it will be charged by NT$3,800 per no-show guest of the group based on the original reservation. All Fee are non-refundable.

**General Policy**

● We only accept children who are over 10 years old (regular set menu provided only).
● To ensure the best dining experience for all guests, we will only hold your reservation for 10 minutes. Please be on time.
● The dinner will be served when all members of your booked party have seated.
● Guest are expected to leave the restaurant no later than 23:00.
● To ensure the best food quality, we DO NOT provide take-away services.
● Outside food is prohibited except for Birthday cakes.
● To provide the best dining experience to all the diners, over-wearing perfume or flash photography is not allowed.
● Reservations can be made ONLY through our online booking system in advance.
● Any request about media interview、photography or filming for commercial or published purposes, please kindly contact the FirePlay Taipei team in advance for confirmations; we shall assist the process.
● FirePlay reserves the right to all decisions.

*Due to the traffic situation(Driving or Buses) in the surrounding area, we highly recommend the MRT for traveling to FirePlay Taipei.
